Payment: I take a 20% deposit, but the rest should be a cash payment. Please hand this to me discreetly within the first 5 minutes of arrival. If you wish to extend the date, please have it ready via cash as well.

Expectations: You are expected to behave like a gentleman before, during, and after your time with me. This includes polite emails/texts. I will not respond if you are rude or vulgar. During our time together, please practice your hygiene and feel free to freshen up if needed. I prefer to start off with a meal and a drink, as well as conversation, to get the chemistry going. 

Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of the date you may receive your deposit back OR we can find a time to reschedule. If i have to cancel I will refund your deposit 100%.
